Notice: Regarding Vehicle Pickup Deadlines and Related Operational Changes

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for your continued support.

Until now, we have made every effort to respond flexibly in consideration of our customers’ circumstances,
even in cases where delays in vehicle pickup occurred.

However, delayed pick-ups have been increasing in recent years, affecting storage capacity, logistics, and operations.

Therefore, to ensure smooth and stable service, we will strictly enforce vehicle pickup deadlines and apply penalties in accordance with our terms and conditions, as outlined below.

■ Implementation Date
Effective from February 2, 2026 (Monday)
Applicable to vehicles with a pick-up deadline on or after January 26, 2026 (Monday)

■ Conditions
In accordance with Article 7.1 (Penalties for Members) of our Customer Agreement,
a vehicle pickup delay penalty will be applied as follows:

For passenger vehicles:
If the vehicle is not picked up within 5 business days after the pickup deadline, a delay penalty will be charged.
Thereafter, an additional penalty will be applied for every subsequent 5 business days of delay.

For trucks, buses, forklifts, and construction machinery:
If the vehicle is not picked up within 10 business days after the pickup deadline, a delay penalty will be charged.
Thereafter, an additional penalty will be applied for every subsequent 10 business days of delay.

■ Details
・Passenger vehicles: JPY 10,000 for every 5 business days of delay
・Trucks, buses, forklifts, and construction machinery: JPY 10,000 for every 10 business days of delay

Please note that the customer account will be temporarily suspended until vehicle pickup is completed and payment of the penalty fee is confirmed.
