Apology and information regarding "Qualified Invoice".

We have been issuing Qualified Invoices since the start of the “Invoice System” on 1 October 2023, but we have discovered that the method of displaying "the amount equivalent to the unexpired automobile tax"(自動車税相当額) was incorrect. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be advised that we will be taking the following actions in relation to qualified invoices already issued and those to be issued in the future.
1. Amendment and reissuance of qualified invoices
For Qualified Invoices issued for the target period below, we will change the method of displaying "the amount equivalent to unexpired automobile tax" from "tax exempt" to "10% tax" and reissue the qualified invoices.
*Customers will not be required to make any additional payments as a result of this reissue.
(The amount equivalent to unexpired automobile tax" will be displayed as 10% tax included)
2. Regarding the new method of displaying "the amount equivalent to unexpired automobile tax".
*It will be reflected from the qualified invoices issued on 5 January 2024.
We are committed to preventing such incidents from happening again.
