[Information] Special Protection Service (SPS)
Dear valued customers,
Thank you for your continued support using our shipping services.
We would like to inform you regarding the Special Protect Service (SPS) coverage for container transport plans of 5 or more vehicles.
Roof damage will no longer be covered by SPS for vehicles sold from 1st of February 2024 onwards shipped into 5 or more unit containers.
In addition, any parts as tires, bumpers and antennas may be removed for vanning purposes based on the yard staff judgement. This is done to reduce the risk of damage during sea transportation.
If you are concerned about damage, we recommend that you change to a plan with sufficient clearance.
In addition, we strongly recommend that you continue using SPS for your shipments as there is a high risk of damage or loss during ocean transport.
