13/04/2024 The vehicle was very different from the report provided on the Auction Sheet and my expectations. The vehicle was severely damaged from the front, its mechanical features were terrible shape. According to the Auction Sheet, The engine is broken, It was seized . As per the auction sheet, there was no problems with the transmission. But in reality the transmission is broken and irreparable . The engine starter was also broken. The transmission and the engine starter being broken were not mentioned in the Auction Sheet. Main battery was faulty and the Hybrid Battery was also damaged , it was not mentioned on the auction sheet. Replacing them is also very costly. I was honestly shocked by this unprofessionalism by your team. I deal with several other companies as well, and this was my first time with TAU. I am honestly very unfazed with this experience. I request you to please take this issue seriously. Also the team dedicated to my case was very unprofessional . This field requires attention to detail. I had asked the team to deliver the documents to Pakistan which was where the car was being shipped, they confirmed it with me but later sent the Documents to Kuwait. I had travelled to Pakistan to receive the car but I had to travel back to Kuwait Just to receive the documents. Waiting for your feedback on how your company can compensate for their team's incompetency .
