[Important]Customer Harassment Response Policy and Revision of Membership Terms and Conditions

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued support.

In our ongoing commitment to providing all customers with safe and secure services,
and to maintaining a workplace environment where employees can work healthily and positively,
we have established “Customer Harassment Response Policy”.
Accordingly, relevant clauses will be added to our Membership Terms and Conditions from Tuesday, 3 February 2026.

The additions to the terms are as follows:
