We would like to inform you that we will be making a change to our procedures regarding the confirmation of bidding conditions before issuing an invoice for a vehicle won at auction.

Until now, after a successful bid, we have contacted customers by phone to confirm the bidding conditions for the vehicle. Going forward, we will no longer confirm these details by phone.

When placing a bid, please select your preferred bidding conditions yourself.
The invoice will be issued based on the bidding conditions selected at the time of the successful bid. Please note that a replacement fee will be charged for any changes made to the invoice details from the second change onward after the invoice has been issued.

Therefore, before placing your bid or immediately after winning, please carefully check that all registered information and selected details, including the delivery destination, are correct.
The bidding conditions selected at the time of the successful bid will also be shown in the "Winning Bid Email" sent after the auction is completed. Please check the email as well.
