You cannot view other customers' offer prices.
Additionally, we are unable to respond to any inquiries regarding other customers' offer counts or prices.

You can check the winning bid amount (vehicle price only) on the website, but only for vehicles you have bid on.

If the mast can be raised/lowered and the vehicle can move forward and backward, no defect comments will be listed in the CONDITION section.
However, as these are used vehicles, their condition may change between inspection and arrival.
We cannot guarantee operation after inspection, so please carefully check the inspection images and consider possible condition changes when making your offer.

We will accommodate your request as much as possible.
However, an additional inspection fee will be charged.
Also, it may take time to arrange the photography, so we may not meet your requested deadline.

Yes, it is possible.
However, transportation costs from the storage yard to Yokohama Port will be charged separately.
The same applies if a vehicle located in Yokohama is shipped from Osaka or Fukuoka Port.

Yes, it is possible.
However, you are responsible for arranging transportation to our designated yard (at your own cost).
An additional handling fee of 20,000 yen will also be charged.

Yes, it is possible.
Please consult your sales representative for details.

Generally, accessories are not included with any vehicles.
However, if noted in the remarks section, accessories will be delivered together with the vehicle.
The cost of accessories is included in the vehicle price and will not be charged separately.

LPG tanks are not included with any vehicles.
Photos showing tanks may appear in listings, but these are only used for inspection/testing purposes.
Vehicles will be delivered without the tank.

We do not sell parts separately.

We cannot arrange new vehicles.

For new parts, we will assist where possible, but an additional handling fee of 15,000-20,000 yen will be charged.

Our forklift sales representatives can assist in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
