Membership registration process
The process for registering as a member is as follows:
STEP1 Agree to the Customer agreement
Those who wish to become a member, please thoroughly check “About member registration” and “Customer agreement” below.
STEP2 Enter member information and provisional registration
After agreeing to the membership terms and conditions, please enter your customer information. Your member ID will be sent to you via email upon completion of your temporary registration.
STEP3 Document review
Please submit the following documents. Please note that the document review process will take 2-3 business days.
- Customers who have submitted the necessary documents by uploading them during temporary registration do not need to submit them again.

Japanese nationality: Driver's license, My Number card
Foreign nationality: Residence card(Zairyu Card)
- Used Items Business Permits(Kobutsukyokasyo)
- Copy of identification document

- Copy of identification document
STEP4 Register as a member and start trading
Once you have passed the transaction screening, you will be officially registered as a member. We will contact you when you start trading.

Upon registration with TAU Web site, your personal information will be protected with your password. Please maintain your ID and password securely. Once logged into Members page, you will not be logged out until all the browsers are closed.
