I have lost my ID and password. What can I do?

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can set your own password at "My Page". You are suggested to change your passward from time to time for security purpose. Please avoid any disclosure of your passward to other thrid parties.

How can I get Auction access to bid?

TAU Auction right will be granted by at least 1 stock vehicle purchase and its confirmed payment or auction deposit(JPY100,000) has arrived to the bank account of TAU.For further details, please refer "How to Bid".
